40th ANNIVERSARY AUTUMN EXHIBITION AND “ALUMNI EVENING” Exhibition

INSCRIPTION:

OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED


REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Must be received on or before September 20, 2024.


HANGING FEES: The $25 hanging fee can be paid by e-transfer or in person at the Art Work Drop-Off on October 17, 2024.



ARTWORK DROP OFF: Thursday, October 17, between 9 am and 12 pm at Centennial Hall.


**Bring your completed SUBMITTED ARTWORK form and completed BAA Artwork Identification Tags.


VERNISSAGE: Friday, October 18, “Alumni Evening” 5 à 7 followed by the vernissage open to the public from 7 to 9:30 pm.


EXHIBITION: Saturday, October 19, and Sunday, October 20, from 10 am to 5 pm.


FINISSAGE: Sunday, October 20, from 3 to 5 pm.


GROUP PHOTO: 5 pm Sunday October 20, 2024. All are welcome.


PICK UP: All unsold artwork must be picked up Sunday, October 20, after 5:10 pm.. Please sign the waiver as you exit.
